Marco is a graduate of York University with a Specialized Honours Degree in Kinesiology and Health Science and also obtained a supplementary certificate in the Fitness Assessment and Exercise Counselling stream. He then went on to achieve his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). Furthering his passion in Chiropractic, he is currently  completing his Fellowship in Chiropractic Rehabilitation Sciences (FCCRS) at CMCC.
 
Marco is a certified Active Release Techniques® Soft Tissue Treatment (ART®) provider in the Master's course, upper and lower limb, spine and nerve entrapment, which is a perfect complement to his manual therapy skills. Dr. Tocco is also certified by the FIT institute as a Synergy Performance Tape provider.
 
Marco completed the University of Calgary/Laval certification course on Concussion: Prevention Detection & Management, and the Best Practices in Concussion Management by SHIFT Concussion.  Marco has also completed the Level 1 Graston Technique course, utilizing instrument-assistive devices for soft tissue injuries. He holds a certificate in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University.
 
Marco is also recognized by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) as a Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP). He is a certified Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach and holds a Level 1 National Coaching Certificate.
 
Marco has acquired extensive amount knowledge of the human body in the areas of anatomy, physiology, orthopaedics, biomechanics and rehabilitation, making him well-versed with nerve, joint, ligament and/or muscular complains with which a patient may present, making Marco a neuromusculoskeletal specialist.
 
Marco utilizes an Integrated Therapy and Training approach with each patient,  integrating manual therapy skills with high-performance personal-training techniques. Marco is also an avid fitness enthusiast, and is a firm believer in practicing what he preaches.

Jenna’s approach to Chiropractic treatment is individualized, unique, and evidence based. Her approach is thorough and will look at your functional limitations in your movement patterns. Every session with Jenna will be hands-on and can include massage techniques, stretches, joint mobilizations, and chiropractic adjustments. Jenna can treat any area of the body you are experiencing pain or discomfort including the neck, lower back, ankle, elbows and wrists.
 
Jenna's assessments are meticulous as she really takes the time to listen to your goals to meet you where you are in your healing journey. She will tailor exercises and mobility exercises to your capabilities and support you the entire way.
 
Jenna grew up a competitive gymnast and dancer, and now loves taking kickboxing and adult gymnastic classes. She is a huge animal lover and in her spare time is probably walking her dog Jojo. She loves music, movies, and stand-up comedy. She can’t wait to deliver quality care to Touch patients and get everyone living their best pain-free lives.

Robert is a registered physiotherapist with a special interest in assessing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal-related injuries and conditions. Robert went to the University of Windsor to obtain his bachelor’s degree in human kinetics before completing and obtaining his master’s degree in physiotherapy at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario.
 
Robert has a special interest in movement therapy/exercise therapy and is currently taking Advanced Movement Therapist (AMT) level 1 course. Robert has also completed courses to add to his knowledge regarding referred and radicular pain patterns in orthopaedic physiotherapy. Robert is certified in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) treatment techniques. Robert also has a special interest in working with post-surgical rehab populations, including total knee replacement and total hip replacements.
 
Robert wanted to become a physiotherapist because he wanted to help others achieved their health-related functional goals. As a Type 1 diabetic, he has always taken his health very seriously, which is why he keeps up with an active lifestyle and understands that while good health begins from within, we sometimes need someone to help guide us in achieving our functional goals.
  
Robert practices physiotherapy with a hands-on approach by utilizing manual therapy techniques to help facilitate a decrease in pain or increase in mobility, while also demonstrating his knowledge of exercise/movement therapy to help people maintain/increase their strength or reach their specific functional goals.

Jianze (Helen) Zheng is a distinguished Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certified by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), with a rich educational background from The College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacology of Canada (CTCMPC).

Additionally, she is a Registered Acupuncturist and a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner.

Helen’s career as an RMT has been dedicated to alleviating stress, anxiety, and tension while addressing soft tissue pain and mobility restrictions.

Her extensive skill set includes Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, and reflexology. She also specializes in prenatal and infant massage, as well as GuaSha techniques.

With a holistic approach and a commitment to personalized care, Helen strives to enhance her clients’ overall well-being and support their journey towards optimal health.

Keisha's studies and qualifications range from Swedish massage, Sports massage, Thai massage, Reflexology, Deep tissue massage, Aromatherapy massage, Pregnancy massage, Babies and Infant massage.
 
Keisha started practicing in 2009. After graduating ICT Kikkawa college in 2008 she took a year off to recover from a motor-vehicle accident which happened just before her graduation. With all the changes and adjusting to her body with the reaction to tremendous pain, she gained first hand knowledge of how pain impacts daily living. She decided not to give up on her career in the profession that she fell in love with, but instead, choose self care with hopes of starting her practice as soon as she had recovered.
 
Keisha has worked since graduating in a clinic and spa setting. She is compassionate and caring while teaching self-care to each of her clients. Keisha is proud to work together with clients to achieve relief, understand their muscles and set goals for bettering their health by decreasing pain.
 
In her spare time Keisha likes to watch movies. She has a soft heart for romance, ia an avid traveler and collects souvenirs which she hides from everyone. She loves sports and calls herself a nerd.

Kali graduated in 2008 from McMaster University, and has worked as a nurse in various healthcare settings since then.

She is the clinic manager at Touch Toronto Health & Fitness and works part time as an aesthetic nurse.

Kali has always enjoyed physical fitness and has competed nationally in bikini bodybuilding.

Kali became certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2016 and has certifications in Trigger Point Release, Pilates and Kettlebell training.

She also has level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach Certification and completed Concussion Prevention, Detection and Management through the University of Calgary/Laval.
