At Touch, our experienced healthcare practitioners utilize an integrated therapy and training approach, which incorporates manual therapy skills with high performance personal training techniques and medically supervised rehab.

Chiropractor’s role is to assess patient disorders related to the musculoskeletal and nervous system. Chiropractors at Touch utilize a manual approach to health care. During a patient’s initial visit, a thorough history and physical assessment is performed in order to arrive at a differential diagnosis. A comprehensive treatment plan is then discussed with the patient to optimize their health and physical function. All features of health and fitness are addressed including pain reduction/relief, improving mobility, stability, and function, improving posture, strength & conditioning, and nutritional counseling.

Physiotherapist’s role at is go assess, diagnose and treat the cause and symptoms of injury. Physiotherapists at Touch combine their in-depth knowledge of the body and how it works with specialized hands-on clinical skills.

At Touch, our physiotherapists use their education and hands on clinical skills to diagnose and treat the cause of an injury.  Our physiotherapists use manual therapy and create a custom exercise plan to support our patients recovery and continued self management in the future.

At Touch Health & Fitness, our registered massage therapists provide a variety of different massage techniques to reduce pain, improve joint function, improve circulation, reduce muscular tension, and improve your overall well-being.

At Touch Health & Fitness, we have practitioners that use Acupuncture as a tool to treat musculoskeletal complaints. Fine needles are inserted into specific areas of the body to release trigger points, relieve pain, stimulate healing for overall well-being.

Active Release Techniques Soft Tissue Treatment (ART®) is an advanced system of diagnosis and manual treatment for soft tissue disorders resulting from Cumulative Trauma Disorders (CTD), Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI), postural strain, sports injuries and general wear and tear. ART® is a patented, state-of-the-art soft tissue system that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.

The definition of rehabilitation is to restore to good health through therapy and education. At Touch, we utilize an personalized approach with each individual patient.

At Touch Health & Fitness, our nutritional coaches can assist you in the following areas: weight management, fuelling a busy lifestyle, eating for optimal energy, and sports nutrition.

Our nurse injector is specialized in cosmetic injection of Botox and facial filler. She will assess your facial symmetry, volume loss, wrinkles, and skin quality to come up with a treatment plan to make you look refreshed and more youthful. Botox is a great option to decrease the motion of facial muscles to reduce fine lines and dynamic wrinkles. Filler is another option if you are looking to restore volume loss, increase lip and facial fullness, or smooth static wrinkles.

Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) is a training system and principle designed to improve and maintain joint health. The system focuses on three main components: mobility development, joint strength, and body control. Often we find injuries happen because our joints and the muscles around them were not trained or built up to sustain the forces. FRC improves your joint health and provide the tools to maintain it so that you can move with confidence

A concussion is caused by traumatic injury to the head, affecting brain function. Side effects include, but are not limited to headaches, problems with concentration, memory, balance, and coordination.
Our experts at Touch, are trained to help with restoring these brain functions. They do an assessment of your abilities and provide you with the best course of treatment to have you feeling your best.

Pelvic floor physiotherapy is the assessment and treatment of various conditions that involve the pelvic floor or symptoms that manifest in this area. The pelvic floor includes muscles, ligaments, nerves and connective tissue. It plays an important role in the body by providing support for the bladder, genitals, uterus and anus.

Conditions Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy Can Treat:

  • Incontinence (leakage)
  • Urinary frequency
  • Urinary urgency
  • Bowel issues including constipation, straining or pain
  • Unexplained pain in the low back, the pelvic region, the genital area or the rectum
  • Pain during or following intercourse, orgasm or stimulation, ejaculation problems
  • Organ prolapse
  • Pelvic pain associated with endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, and prostatitis just to name a few
  • Pre and post pregnancy issues including pain, leakage, bulging and scarring from C-sections, tearing or episiotomy

Treatment begins with an initial assessment with a review of your health history and a physical examination to determine the underlying source of your symptoms. You will then talk about what a pelvic floor treatment will look like for your particular case. Follow up sessions will be a combination of education, pelvic floor muscle re-education, postural education, manual therapies and bladder/bowel retraining.
